NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF THE POLISH & SLAVIC FEDERAL CREDIT UNION
AND ELECTION PROCEDURES

To the members of Polish & Slavic Federal Credit Union

Please be informed of the following:

1. The Polish & Slavic Federal Credit Union’s Annual Meeting will take place on Sunday, May 20th, 2007 at 2:00 p.m., at Polish Cultural Foundation located at 177 Broadway, Clark, New Jersey.  At this meeting, the results of our annual election will be reported to the membership.

2. The Nominating Committee, on February 19th, 2007, filed its nominations for the 2007 Election with Malgorzata Wadolowski, Secretary of the PSFCU Board of Directors. The Nominating Committee was appointed by Krzysztof Matyszczyk, Chairman of PSFCU, and consisted of representatives of the Polish Community from New York and New Jersey. The Nominating Committee was comprised of Joseph Biesiadecki, Myles Edwards, Andrzej Janczyk, Pawel Pachacz, and Jolanta Sygnarowicz.The nominees in alphabetical order are as follows:

Frederick A. Czulada
Krzysztof Matyszczyk
Lech Poradowski
John L. Szalyga

3. As required, ballots will be mailed to all members eligible to vote in this year's election. Those who are eligible are individual members who, as of March 15, 2007 had a share account, and who were at least eighteen years of age. Additional persons listed on accounts are not eligible to vote, unless they are also members. Each individual member will only have one vote, regardless of the number of accounts owned.

4. Perspective candidates, other than those nominated by the Nominating Committee, wishing to be added to the ballot, must file a petition. The prospective candidate, in addition to being agreeable to the placing of his or her name on the ballot and accepting office, if elected, must be
a PSFCU member in good standing, be willing to submit to a background and credit check, and be bondable by the Credit Union insurance carrier. In addition, all perspective candidates must register with the PSFCU in order to obtain the original petition forms from the PSFCU. Only original petition forms may be used and copies will not be accepted. Petition packages can be obtained directly at 100 McGuinness Blvd., Brooklyn, NY, or 9 Law Drive, Fairfield, NJ. The completed petition, along with the required documentation needs to be filed with the PSFCU at 100 McGuinness Blvd., Brooklyn, NY, by no later than 7 p.m., April 10th, 2007. The PSFCU Bylaws require that the petition must be signed by
a minimum of 500 members. If the petition is incomplete or incorrect then that member will not be included in the count.

5. A list of the candidates will be posted in all branch offices of PSFCU by Sunday, April 15th, 2007. The ballots will be mailed no later than Friday, April 20th, 2007. The deadline to receive the completed ballots is Tuesday, May 15th, 2007 by 11:59 p.m., EST.

biography notes:

Frederick A. Czulada
Prior Employment: Mr. Czulada has an extensive financial background. He has 12 years experience as a Trader and Manager at Merrill Lynch, 8 years managing finances for condominium complexes at EHE Management, a firm he co-founded, and 5 years doing statistical analysis for Bolt, Branek & Newman.
Education: Mr. Czulada obtained a B.S. in Chemistry with a Minor in Mathematics from Georgetown University, U.S.A.
Relevant Board Experience: Currently a PSFCU director. He is also a Chairman of the Board of the Pulaski Parade Committee, Vice President of Business Affairs of the Polish Cultural Foundation of NJ, Vice President of Polish Children's Heartline and a member of the Kosciuszko Foundation.

Krzysztof Matyszczyk
Current Employment: Founder and President of Fidelity Tax Insurance Brokerage Corp., located in Greenpoint, which provides tax and insurance services for Polonia since 1979. He is recognized as an expert in the areas of finance, tax, and insurance.
Education: He received a Master Degree in History from Warsaw University.Continued his education at Columbia University School of International Affairs and Baruch College. He is a licensed insurance broker. In 1994 he became authorized to appear before the US Treasury Department.
Relevant Board Experience:Currently the Chairman of PSFCU. Member of our Credit Union since 1980. In 1997 he was elected to the Board of Directors, served as a Chairman and a Treasurer.

Lech Poradowski
Current Employment: He has been employed for many years by Roanwell Corporation in New York, where he currently holds a position as Director of Engineering.
Previous Employment: Mr. Poradowski has an extensive professional experience in engineering. In his professional career, he has held several other managerial positions supervising and managing staff of few hundred employees.
Education: Graduate of Warsaw University of Technology with MS degree in Electrical Engineering.
Relevant Board Experience: Mr. Poradowski has been actively involved in Polonia community in New York for many years.He is a SFCU member for six years, and been actively involved in different organizations for 20 years. He is the Vice Commodore of The Polish Yacht Club in New York and a member of Scheldrake Yacht Club in Westchester.He is also a member of The John Smolenski Memorial Democratic Club in Greenpoint and Westchester Pulaski Association.

John L. Szalyga, MD
Current Employment: John Szalyga has been employed by the Brooklyn Hospital Center since 1992. He is also an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at Cornell Medical Center and Medical Director of Manhattan Avenue Health Center.
Previous Employment: Previously John Szalyga held a position of Chief Department of Ambulatory Medicine at Long Island College Hospital,and a Medical Director of Medical Partnerships at The Lutheran Medical Center. He was responsible for the overall direction and coordination of clinical services provided at all of the 28 contract practices of the network.
Education: John Szalyga received a BA in Biology from Brooklyn College; M.D. from the Jagiellonian University Faculty of Medicine. He also received an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University and paralegal Diploma from Baruch College.Downstate Division. Formerly a member and Vice President of the Polish and Slavic Center.
