Announcement of the
PSFCU Nominating Committee

The Polish & Slavic Federal Credit Union Nominating Committee invites all members with financial experience who are interested in serving on the Board of Directors to submit their applications. All applications must be in English and should include a résumé and a one page narrative describing interest in becoming a PSFCU director. Applications must be delivered to the Nominating Committee no later than 7pm,  July 6, 2009 via electronic mail to,  fax to (973) 808-3217 or postal mail to:

In order to ensure due consideration, the Committee will not accept applications received after 6pm on July 6, 2009. The Committee will contact all candidates in order to schedule an interview.

Prospective director, in addition to being agreeable to the placing of his or her name for nomination and accepting office if elected, must be a PSFCU member in good standing, be willing to submit to a background check, and be bondable by the Credit Union insurance carrier.

The credit union has adopted criteria for members who are serving on the Board of Directors.  A copy is available here, by sending a request to or by calling 973-808-3240 ext. 6268.

It is important to the effective operations of our Credit Union to elect representatives of our membership who are responsible and interested in serving on the Board of Directors.
