Annual Meeting and Election Results
On Sunday, May 20th, 2007 at 2pm, the Polish & Slavic Federal Credit Union’s Annual Meeting took place, at which the election results were also announced. The meeting was held in the Polish Cultural Foundation located at 177 Broadway, Clark, New Jersey.
Members, Management and Board of Directors participated in the meeting, during which one of the important items presented, were the voting results of this year’s election. The agenda for the meeting included: the Call to Order by the Chairman, singing of the Polish and American National Anthems, presentation of the 2006 Financial Report and Achievements, watching the 30th anniversary movie movie, Open Discussion and the voting results.
Members were presented with reports that summarized the Credit Union’s activities for 2006. They were: The Chairman’s Report presented by Krzysztof Matyszczyk, Treasurer’s Report was presented by Frederick Czulada, the Supervisory Committee Report was presented by Pawel Pachacz, Chairman of the Supervisory Committee, and Achievements were presented by COO, Agnieszka Poslednik. Additionally,
Mr. Bogdan Chmielewski, the newly appointed PSFCU CEO was introduced to the participants. Mr. Chmielewski addressed the gathering and briefly summarized his future plans.
The last item of the meeting was the announcement of the voting results, which were presented by Election Services Corporation. The result for the four vacating seats was as follows: Kaja Sawczuk (1,840 votes), Krzysztof Matyszczyk (1,739 votes), Marzena Wierzbowska Buccino (1,639 votes), John L. Szalyga (1,485 votes).
