What is PSFCU Text Messaging?

PSFCU will send text messages to anyone who has opted into our mobile opt-in list. Not only will you receive messages notifying you of important news like weather-related branch closings, upcoming events and special promotions, you will receive offers and opportunities that may be exclusive to those who have opted in for this service.

Who can opt-in?

Anyone! You don't have to be a PSFCU member to receive text messages from PSFCU.

How can I opt-in?

You can opt-in from any mobile device – just text keyword PSFCUTEXT to 866-773-2846. You will receive a welcome message like this: "Welcome to PSFCU Text Messaging! You will receive up to 8 messages per month with information and offers."

How can I opt-out of this service?

Text STOPPSFCUTEXT to 866-773-2846. You can reply STOPPSFCUTEXT whenever you receive a PSFCU Text Message.

How are Connect Text messages created?

They are created and scheduled for delivery by PSFCU. We facilitate the opt-in/opt-out and delivery of text messages in direct compliance with the Mobile Marketing Code of Conduct. 
Message frequency may vary. You will receive up to eight alerts per month once your subscription has been confirmed. You can opt-out at any time by sending STOP to 866-773-2846. Message and Data Rates May Apply. By sending PSFCUTEXT to 866-773-2846, you accept our Terms and Conditions*.

PSFCU will send news, promotions, events, and exclusive offers to the opted in mobile number in the form of text messages.


Message frequency may vary, but you will receive up to a maximum of 8 (eight) messages a month.


There is no direct cost from PSFCU to the end user for use of our mobile service. However, message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier/service provider. PSFCU assumes no responsibility for charges imposed by your carrier when you sign up to receive text messages from us.

PSFCU provides a text messaging service to communicate news, promotions, events and exclusive offers. By texting PSFCUTEXT to 866-773-2846, you agree to receive text messages from PSFCU.

To opt out from receiving messages text STOPPSFCUTEXT to 866-773-2846 at any time.


We will never disclose or sell your cell phone number to any third party not affiliated with PSFCU (internal note - we are giving it to the vendor). By opting into the service from Polish & Slavic FCU, you are agreeing to receive SMS text messages specific to the PSFCU Text Messaging service.  All information obtained from you in connection with the Text Messaging service including your cell phone number, your carrier’s name, and the date, time and content of your messages, as well as information that you provide will be treated in accordance with PSFCU’s Privacy Policy.


PSFCU makes no warranty regarding the availability or reliability of this service  and we will not be liable for any delays or failure in the receipt of any SMS messages connected with this program. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier/service provider/network operator.


You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold PSFCU and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, awards, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or resulting from your use of the Text Messaging Service or from your provision of a phone number that is not your own or your violation of applicable federal, state or local law, regulation or ordinance. Your obligation under this paragraph shall survive termination of the Agreement.


You agree that any action, dispute, claim, or controversy of any nature between you and PSFCU arising from or related to PSFCU TEXTING, other than claims properly filed in small claims court, will be subject to and resolved by binding arbitration pursuant to the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association upon written request by either party at any time before, or within 90 days after, proper service of a formal claim. Arbitration shall take place in New York, NY. The results of any arbitration shall have no preclusive effect on any dispute with anyone who is not a named party to the arbitration. Any award or order rendered by the arbitrator may be confirmed as a judgment or order in any state or federal court of competent jurisdiction.


PSFCU may change these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms and conditions shall be effective when posted to PSFCU’s website (do we post them?). You agree to review the terms and conditions regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes. Your continued use of this service after the terms and conditions have been changed shall constitute your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
