New Texting Scam
Please be advised that there appear to be new financial scams involving texting to member and non-member cell phones. It seems that credit union members as well as AT&T telephone subscribers are
The text messages claim that recipients' accounts have been restricted and instruct them to call a toll free number. To unlock the account, callers are instructed to enter their debit or credit card number, personal identification number (PIN) and expiration date.
Please be advised that the message is a scam. Our credit union never contacts account holders with an unsolicited text message or notification about their accounts.
