1. Represent the Credit Union to the members in a courteous and professional manner and provide prompt, efficient and accurate service in processing of transactions;
2. Provide by telephone, general and specific service-related information concerning Credit Union products, services or policies;
3. Respond to members' requests, problems and complaints, and/or direct the member to the proper person for specific information and assistance;
4. Assist members in balancing their accounts;
5. Facilitate service activation for Online Banking and Telephone Banking;
6. Assist online banking users with multifactor authentication;
7. Research account discrepancies;
8. Provide member service in Online Banking and Telephone Banking environment including password changes;
9. Process stop payment requests for share drafts and revocation of authorization for ACH debits;
10. Accept member requests for draft copies, copies of statements and account history, and copies of tax forms;
11. Maintain comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of the Credit Union's line of products and services to ensure effective cross selling;
12. Provide member services to ATM, VISA and Debit Card holders;
13. Open/create and close ATM and Debit Card accounts;
14. Facilitate Visa Card, Debit Card and ATM Card activation;
15. Assist members with web services;
16. Process Intel-a-check payments for Visa and Loans;
17. Order and reorder checkbooks from Harland Clarke;
18. Perform administrative work related to opening new Shares and Loan referrals;
19. Provide members with information regarding consumer loans, real estate loans, business loans, and VISA cards.
20. Assist members in the completion of the Credit Card application.
21. Accept Credit Card applications of all types and request all necessary documentation required to complete application;
22. Perform name and address verification for merchants in regards to Visa and Debit cards;
23. Provide service/information resource for co-workers;
24. Effectively offer Credit Union products and services through the practice of established sales and service techniques;
25. Temporarily increase credit limit on Credit Cards up to the maximum amount specified for this position;


- High school diploma;
- 1-3 years financial institution experience;
- 1 year experience in a call center or as a customer service representative;
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of computer software programs;
- Ability to cross sell products;
- Fluency in spoken and written Polish;
- Zero to one year of work experience, preferred, but not required in a financial institution;
