1. Installation and set-up of workstations, laptops, printers, LAN/WAN equipment and associated software and peripherals;
2. Monitor and maintains workstation/laptop/LAN/WAN performance;
3. Provides technical support to PSFCU employees, including branched, installing new workstation software and associated updates, supporting the imaging workstations as necessary, and support the telephone systems;
4. Installs and maintains network topology, cabling, and support of associated switches, routers and servers;
5. Evaluates and maintains the Credit Union's telecommunications systems, including ATMs;
6. Provides asset management support for the companies software and hardware inventory application;
7. Develops and maintains procedures for the Help Desk function using the organization's methodology;
8. Provides software training of desktop applications to the staff as necessary;
9. Act as technical liaisons' to projects;
10. Assists in the installation and initial setup for new hires or new workstations, installing the necessary hardware and software components required by the job function;
11. Ensures proper backups are taken and is responsible for the Credit Unions backup/restore procedures;
12. Takes responsibility for, and ensures the production cycles (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, year-end, etc) are completed with no errors;
13. Maintain the infrastructure of the Credit Union's intranet and connectivity to the website;
14. Deliver superior customer service to all employees of the Credit Union;
15. Any other duties or responsibilities, as required or assigned.


- 4 year college degree or 2 year college degree with minimal 2 years of related work experience;
- 2-4 years of related experience in a similar work environment;
- Advanced PC experience; Working knowledge of MS/Office products;
- Working knowledge of WINDOWS 2003 and Active directory;
- Technical background required;
- 2-4 years experience working in a client server environment;
- Exposure to standard software applications to include databases, third party report writers;
- General knowledge of banking or Credit Union policies and procedures.
