Duties:

• Assist Department in carrying out various human resources programs for all employees;
• Assists in processing new hire documentation and keep organizational records up to date;
• Submit the online investigation and bondability requests and assist with new employee background checks;
• Process the Employment Verifications as requested;
• Verify I-9 documentation and maintain current book of completed forms;
• Assist in processing insurance enrollments and changes and conduct benefits enrollments for new employees (health, dental, STD, LTD, LIFE);
• Help to maintain an accurate company Organization Chart;
• Assist in maintaining Ultipro HRI System and enter data into the system;
• Prepare Annual Attendance Report as directed;
• Assist in payroll/benefit-related reconciliations to General Ledge and to vendor billing statement;
• Reconciliation of benefit provider billing with company enrollment and payment of bill to provider;
• Maintain human resource database, and record and verify personnel information changes such as name, address, job title, earnings, tax withholdings etc.;
• Assist in gathering necessary information for completion of Workers’ Compensation or Disability claims;
• Assists with tracking Performance Review forms;
• Organize HR data to assist with and ensure accurate recordkeeping;
• Answering telephone inquiries or directing calls to the appropriate personnel;
• Backup HR/Payroll Administrator on all payroll processing functions;
• Assists in the continuing development and documentation of HR procedures;
• Provide exceptional customer service to all Credit Union staff;
• Assists HR Manager with various research projects and/or special projects.
• Various administrative responsibilities as; filing, report preparation;
• Participation in all HR sponsored company events;
• Participation in all company sponsored community events;
• Distribute incoming and outgoing mail;
• Any other duties or responsibilities, as required or assigned.

Requirements:

• Associate Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Six months to one year experience in a financial institution;
• Six months to one year of demonstrated success in a highly autonomous Administrative or Support role;
• Specialized or experience in human resource department;
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills;
• Must be fluent in English and Polish;
• Track record of exceptional customer service, delivery and follow-up;
• Demonstrated success in being able to effectively prioritize;
• Ability to function within a team environment;
