1. Represent the Credit Union to members in a professional manner and provide prompt, efficient and accurate service in processing of transactions;
2. Provide member support for all issues related to Credit Cards;
3. Maintain and administer PSFCU employees and corporate accounts.
4. Assist Employees, Employees’ families, and PSFCU Officials with their accounts;
5. Maintain up to date Cardholder information in all applicable systems;
6. Order new and replacement cards;
7. Handle lost / stolen cards and blocked accounts;
8. Process balance transfer requests;
9. Process payments, adjustments, fee reversals and all forms of returned payment items including ACH;
10. Process reward points transfers/adjustments and cardholder inquiry;
11. Transfer overpaid Visa balances;
12. Transfer existing Visa cards to new account numbers;
13. Temporarily increase credit limits up to the maximum specified for this position;
14. Perform daily review of essential reports and address items listed in exceptions reports;
15. Verify and release double authorizations in the Visa credit card system;
16. Handle Dispute and Fraud Claims;
17. Review and process CAMS, Fraud and Falcon alerts.
18. Assist Credit Card Services Manager in reviewing and recommending adjustments to Fraud Monitoring Systems;
19. Act as a liaison between the Credit Union and Third Party Vendors and service providers;
20. Analyze, investigate, and contact vendors with specific issues when necessary;
21. Maintain comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of the Credit Union’s policies and procedures and ensure compliance;
22. Assist with on job training for new employees;
23. Handle mail returns including but not limited to plastic mailers, statements, letter checks and other notification letters;
24. Review issues included in exception reports and recommend corrective actions;
25. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending assigned educational trainings and seminars; Perform any other duties or responsibilities as may be required or assigned


• 5-7 years financial institution experience;
• 2-3 years as a customer service representative;
• Advanced computer skills and knowledge of computer software programs;
• Ability to cross sell products;
• Fluency in spoken and written Polish.
