Please note: For security reasons, all members who have not yet logged in to the new PSFCU Online Banking must go thorough the one-time new user registration.

Enrollment Requirements
  • Every online banking user is required to have an e-mail address on file at PSFCU
  • If you do not have an e-mail on file please contact PSFCU at 1.855.PSFCU.4U
  • Users will be prompted to enter personal information including SS# or a Unique ID in order to establish identity to enroll and gain access to online banking.
Registration and Login

To enroll for Online Banking you need to complete a one-time enrollment registration process. You will need to provide your account number, social security number, branch where the account was opened. For enhanced security, you will need to answer three (3) challenge questions selected from a dropdown list, choose a security phrase and a security image. 

  • Click on the orange Online Banking button on the right side of the page header
  • Select Register
  • You will need to provide the following information
    • Are you enrolling a business account?
      • If no, please continue to the next question
      • If yes, go to “How do I setup Online Banking for Business Accounts?"
    • Social Security Number
      • If you don't have a Social Security number, go to “How do I set up Online Banking for Non-Resident Alien Members without SSN or TIN?”.
    • Account Number
    • Birthday
    • Last Name (If last name is hyphenated, the name must be written as it is on file. For Example, Kowalski-Nowak must register with both names including hyphen)
    • First name

  • Select Continue
  • System will require the following additional information to verify user's identity:
    • “At what branch did you open your account No. xxxxxxx?"
      • If the branch is chosen incorrectly, the user will see an error message Branch is not valid

  • The system will verify if email address on file is correct 
    • If correct, select Continue
  • Supply answers to additional security questions selected from a dropdown list
    • If the answer to any question is incorrect, the system will populate an error box, “The information you entered does not match our records. Please verify your information.”        
  • Select Continue
  • Enter new Username as follows:

  • Enter a new Password to be used for future access, as follows:

  • For enhanced security, enter a Security Phrase, Choose a Security Image and provide answers to 3 security questions you can choose from a dropdown list, and select Continue:

  • Review the accuracy of the following data
    • Username
    • Security Phrase
    • Security Image
    • Primary email address
    • Primary phone number listed on the account
    • Online Banking Terms and Conditions
  • Accept First-time Terms and Conditions
  • Click Confirm and Enroll 
  • An email will be sent to email address on file with link to finalize enrollment 
  • Login to your email and click on the link provided in an email message sent from contact@psfcu.net
  • Enter your username
  • Answer security question
  • Enter your password

Now you can start using our new Online Banking 
 

How do I set up Online Banking for Non-Resident Alien Members without a SSN or TIN​?

  • Non Resident Aliens will need to click on: Don’t Have a SS number? Click Here
    • Member will be asked to provide account number and last 5 digits of government issued ID PSFCU has on file for the member
    • After member correctly provides required information, the system will generate a  unique ID number that he/she will be prompted to input at initial login

Member will need to copy the unique ID from the pop-up window and paste into the main registration window’s Social Security Window field.

 

Registration for members without email address  on account

  • Member should contact PSFCU to update personal information on file
  • Once email is updated, member will be able to register for online banking
Online Banking setup for Business Accounts

Please note: All business accounts that previously had multiple online access credentials created to their accounts will need to proceed with new registration. The previously used credentials will no longer work. 
To create access for authorized users, the business account owner will be able to use the Family and Friends account access function.

How do I setup Online Banking for Business Accounts?

In order to register your business account for PSFCU Online Banking, you need to complete a one-time enrollment registration process. You will need to provide the following information: 

  • Open the PSFCU Online Banking via PSFCU website www.psfcu.com 
  • If you don’t have a PSFCU Online Banking account yet, select Register
  • You will need the following information
    • Are you enrolling a business account?
      • Toggle the switch to green
    • What is your TIN (Social Security Number or EIN)?
    • What is your Account Number?
  • After that, follow the registration process same as listed above for regular accounts
Forgotten Login Credentials

What if I forgot my Username?

  • Select I forgot my username
  • The system will ask to verify member’s Social Security Number and account number 
  • Select Continue
  • System will ask at which branch the account was opened 
  • System will also ask one challenge question
  • If questions are answered correctly, member will receive email with his/her username

 

What if I forget my password?

  • Input username and click Continue
  • Below the space for the Password, please click I forgot it
  • The system will ask to verify member’s Social Security Number and account number 
  • Select Continue
  • System will ask at which branch the account was opened 
  • System will also ask one challenge question
  • If questions are answered correctly, member will receive email link through which he will be able to access the system by resetting the password at first logon

 

How do I change my Password?

  • You can change your Password anytime within the Login Settings and Password section of Online Banking. 
  • Type in the Current Password, New Password and then retype it in the Confirm Password field
Linking Accounts By Social Security Number
  • Existing credentials were established based on primary owner’s Social Security Number. 
  • At first login the accounts that will be displayed will be all accounts where that Social Security holder is either a primary or a joint owner.  
  • Please note that accounts displayed to the joint owners on the same account may differ significantly depending on their ownership rights in other accounts at the credit union
